I have a deep passion for education and empowerment for living a cleaner life that leads to a happier, healthier moments with your friends and family. I find joy in putting safer products and resources within reach to my community. I began my wellness journey to create a better life for myself and once I became a mother, it meant much much more than i ever imagined. Today, I am an advocate for the movement of safer beauty, clean wine, and quality organic CBD. All of these can help you and your family enjoy a blissful life.

 

I'm also the proud founder of Wellness Women VA, an online Virginia based directory which brings together women who own wellness oriented companies across the US to provide a forum for empowerment, education and evolution for all.
